We production float ball for more than 18 years , we do magnetic float ball /level switch float ball / traps float ball and other customer made one . we have more than 80 kinds of float ball for customer to chose it. To suitable the different customers.
Our float ball have three testing project before send to customer. There is :1.100degree hot water testing 2. Higher pressure to testing pressure for more than 8 hours . 3. The Helium mass spectrometer detection equipment for final testing . then send out . To make sure 100% no leakage from float ball .
For the normal size , we have big stock for it , so can be delivery within 2-3days. And for the customer made one normal is 25-30days can be offer the sample to customer for confirm it. After confirm will start final production .
